A note from the author.. In The Mirror
We all at times have struggled with our perception of the image reflected to us in our distorted thoughts which often cloud our vision and hinder what our true reflection and value is.
Unfortunately, it is quite simple to allow the incorrectly altered picture in our mind to negatively impact all aspects of our mental health. Trying to restore an accurate representation of our worth that is not based on our looks, wealth, achievements, traits, or other people’s perceptions is frequently incredibly challenging.
Speaking truth to ourselves through daily positive affirmations in the mirror and in our minds can help us see ourselves in a more confident and uplifting light.
It is not just about who we are now, but who we are becoming and the possibilities in our future.
